Capitol City Glass

I called their number and spoke to Brian on a Friday morning. After describing my issue he said he would be able to work on it the same day in the afternoon. He later called ahead to let me know he was on his way and fixed my BMW windshield chip/crack in under an hour. My particular issue was more complicated than normal but Brian took his time to make sure the glass was structurally sound. Great communication and excellent service. I would definitely work with this company again in the future.

I can't recommend Brian at Capital City Glass highly enough. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to advocate for me when my insurance company wanted to approve an aftermarket windshield for my 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe. Brian took the time to explain why an OEM windshield was the safer and more appropriate choice, especially considering the vehicle's safety systems and overall quality. Instead of taking the easy route, he fought tirelessly with the insurance company on my behalf until they finally approved the OEM windshield. If you're looking for a glass company that stands behind its customers and isn't afraid to advocate for them, Capital City Glass is the place to go. Thank you, Brian, for your outstanding service—I am incredibly grateful!

I had a HUGE rock bounce into our windshield. I was concerned since it's the first vehicle I've had with all the bells and whistles on the windshield. But Brian was awesome. He ordered the windshield and came by the house to install and he was done in less than 40 min. Then he did a quick drive for calibration and all was good. Our windshield was like new again.

Brian and team was great. They changed the glass on a BMW with factory glass at a very reasonable price. Came out within days, replaced it in the driveway, no issues. I would definitely use them again.

Bryan's confidence, experience and workmanship is top class. From the very first conversation, it became evident to me that I was speaking to an expert. He didn't mince words like other so called "industry leaders". I was specific with my need for an OEM windshield and he worked on my behalf with the insurance folks and got the necessary approvals. He was flexible in scheduling and the final finishing is excellent. Overall 5 stars 🌟
